Ceremony and Receptions

·        Two-hour appointment for Engagement and Bridal portraits

·        Two-hour Ceremony Rehearsal the week of wedding

·        Eighteen-hour use of ranch the day of the event

·        Bridal Suite and Groom’s dressing facility

·        Ceremony and reception chair and table setup and take down for up to 300 guests

·        Security Officer

 

Park Hill Farm does allow our customers to bring alcoholic beverage with strict guidelines and an additional security officer. A certified TABC bartender is required.

Park Hill also offers a “Weekend Wedding Getaway”

Our weekend wedding is our best value. We offer full use of the ranch beginning Friday at noon with a check out of noon on Sunday. Your bridal party can enjoy all of the amenities of the ranch, with sleeping accommodations for 50. You can host your rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, and wedding at the venue for a great value of $10,000.00. While the bride is getting ready in our bridal suite, the remainder of the guests can enjoy, fishing, games, relaxing, hiking trails, fire pit, sand volleyball, golf nearby, or fishing on Houston County Lake.

“Save the Date”

A deposit of $500.00 is required to reserve Park Hill Farm. Your date will be posted on the calendar as your payment is received. This deposit will be applied to your final bill. Monthly payments will be due the 15th of each month. Final payment is due 30 days before the event. No refunds will be made.  We accept cash, Paypal, money orders, Visa and Mastercard.
